This is the second pair of Soft Waves in Black and 3rd pair total that I have ordered. So comfortable and look great with jeans or leggings. Such a unique style. Shooz on Park always has great customer service. The wrong black shoe was sent originally and in less than a week I had the correct pair in my hands the other. I ordered these shoes in black and beige after seeing my friend sporting them with a fun dress and jean jacket. The shoes run a little large so I ordered a half size smaller than normal and they were a terrific fit. I've worn them through airports, walking tours, dinners out, and more. They are definitely my "go-to". I normally order from Zappos or DSW, but they do not carry this brand which seems to cater to boutiques. Shoooz on Park Avenue shipped quickly, and I appreciated the handwritten note from an associate offering to assist me if I should need a different size or a return. I was very pleased with my purchase and would certainly place another order with Shoooze on Park Avenue in the future.

The shoes are great looking! I first ordered what I thought was my size but they were too big and ya'll made it super easy to exchange them. they do stretch out so I would encourage buyers to buy them a little tight!
